Provides administrative case management, coordinates submission of billing pre-authorizations, and assists with administrative tasks and quality assurance functions for the DD Support Coordination/Case Management Team. Assists team members with environmental modification and assistive technology requests and purchases, serves as primary liaison with Payee Services, Provides direct and indirect case management services as needed.
Education and/or experience in a field that demonstrates the ability to perform the assigned tasks; A High School Diploma is required. Experience in a behavioral health setting is preferred. Completion of Certification modules for DBHDS Case Management within 60 days of hire is required. CPR and FA (training provided), possession of a valid driver’s license (Virginia, unless otherwise approved by agency) and an acceptable driving record must be maintained throughout employment;
