Provides general administrative supports and oversees quality assurance activities and billing functions for a PACT team. Assists team members with submitting pre-authorizations, Level I record reviews, purchase requests, and with making arrangements for other agency business. Assists with direct services as needed.
Education and/or experience in a field that demonstrates the ability to perform the assigned tasks; A high school diploma is required. Administrative support experience in medical office setting is preferred. Certification in CPR and First Aid and NRVCS Medication Administration. Must have acceptable driving record. Training provided for required certifications.
