Provides administrative support, coordinates submission of billing pre-authorizations for services, and assists with quality assurance functions for Clinical Services at NRVCS. Works to provide necessary clinical information, including diagnostic information in working with managed care organization Care Coordinators and claims departments necessary for service authorization and payment of claims for behavioral health services. Gathers needed information from internal providers to support peer to peer review of claims when needed. Works with the Clinical Services Director to monitor quality and volume of services delivered and reimbursement rates. Works with NRVCS reimbursement and accounting services on claims as needed.
Master’s Degree in a license eligible field or licensed as a clinical social worker or professional counselor. Strong organizational, clinical, and administrative skills needed.
