Provides for the day to day management and supervision of a Mental Health Skill Building (MHSB) Program. Provides direct supervision and support to staff and assures quality services are provided. Develops and maintains working relationships with individuals served, family members and/or care givers, other NRVCS programs, and other agencies working with MHSB services. Provides direct services to individuals served.
Master’s Degree in human services related field with at least 2 years of professional experience is required. Licensure or Licensure eligibility as a Professional Counselor, Clinical Social Worker or Clinical Psychologist is required. Experience providing supervision is preferred.
