Responsible for providing telephone and walk-in support to Agency employees in the use of Agency technology. Maintains computer inventory including peripheral devices. Seeks cutting-edge information on technology trouble-shooting and problem-solving.
A two year degree in Computer Science or Management Information Science or at least 2 years of relevant experience. Experience with personal computers and Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Windows Networking required. Ability to troubleshoot, replace hardware, and correct software problems required. Certifications equivalent to CompTIA A+ and/or Microsoft Network Professional Preferred.
