Works as a part of the Community Living Healthcare Coordination Team to ensure all healthcare related supports provided to individuals residing in residential programs meet best practice quality and safety expectations. Monitors quality through regular site visits and provides healthcare related training to individuals supported and staff. Also provides direct nursing related supports to individuals served.
This position will work Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A valid Virginia Licensed Practical Nurse License (LPN) and at least 2 years clinical experience are required. Experience working in settings with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
