Provides mental health skill building (MHSB) services to individuals with behavioral health diagnoses. Works as part of the team to assure individuals participating in the program are building skills needed to help them build a recovery plan and live optimally in the community.
Bachelor's Degree in special education, social work, psychology or human services related field is required. Registration with the Virginia Board of counseling as a QMHP-E is required. Must possess a valid driver’s license (Virginia, unless otherwise approved by agency) and an acceptable driving record must be maintained throughout employment.
