Works in conjunction with Same Day Access (SDA) to help support a smooth and efficient process. Provides administrative monitoring to direct line staff in order to allow the Service Manager, Service Lead, and supervisors to focus more specifically on clinical and program expectations. Routinely monitors staff productivity and billing reports, and troubleshoots any discrepancies with appropriate staff. Engages in various quality assurance activities as related to reporting and Managed Care. Serves as a liaison with other units to expedite administrative processes.
Must be available to work some Saturday hours.
Education and/or experience in a field that demonstrates the ability to perform the assigned tasks; a High School Diploma is required. Associate’s degree in healthcare or business related field is preferred. Experience in a behavioral health setting is preferred. Experience providing supports to individuals with developmental disabilities is helpful.
