Provides Case Management services for children and adolescents identified as eligible for services due primarily to Autism Spectrum Disorders. Coordinates services and/or resources needed by the child to be maintained in and/or return to community living.
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or human services related field, with at least one year of experience in a setting working with children with needs in the areas of mental health or developmental disability preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of case management/social work practices and resources available to help consumers in the community. Specific experience working with individuals with Autism preferred. Excellent communication skills required. Valid Virginia driver's license and safe driving record required.
