Responsible for monitoring and assisting clients in a crisis stabilization unit. Primary responsibilities include providing direct services such as supervision, support, and personal care assistance for individuals attending residential crisis stabilization program. Additional responsibilities include daily facility maintenance tasks, answering crisis hotline, and transporting of clients as needed. Works directly with individuals, family members, other care givers, and other staff to ensure appropriate services are delivered in a safe and efficient manner.
All positions must have the education and/or experience in a related field that demonstrates the ability to perform the assigned tasks. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent. Experience working with individuals with mental health/mental illness, substance abuse, or intellectual disabilities preferred. Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Will train for Certification in CPR, First Aid, and medication administration as required.
Direct Care Daytime hours: $10.21 - Hourly, $21,234 annually - Full time
Direct Care Overnight hours: $11.21 - Hourly, $23,314 annually - Full time
