This position works to provide nursing supports to individuals in the detox unit of our crisis stabilization facility located in Radford. Works to assure supports and resources are coordinated among providers as needed to help individual served live and function optimally in the community; monitors patient signs and symptoms; collaborates with external providers; works with other members of the detox team to assure high quality care.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed by the Commonwealth of Virginia is required with at least one year of clinical experience in a setting providing treatment for individuals with mental illnesses and/or substance use disorders preferred. Detox experience is also preferred. Certification in CPR is required (CPR training class will be provided). Driver’s License and acceptable driving record is required
$2500 sign on bonus for both available with two year commitment.
Full and part time positions are available. Salary is negotiable, based on experience.
