Serves as a Facilitator for the KPACT Program and assists with the overall day-to-day management of the clients/families enrolled in the program. This position assists the Program Supervisor in providing quality wraparound services to KPACT clients by coordinating treatment services; scheduling Behavioral Specialists for clients; ensuring that treatment team meetings occur with stakeholders and service providers; and providing crisis services when necessary. Provides clinical services to clients and families as needed by offering individual and family sessions. Maintains working relationships with individuals, families and/or care givers, other NRVCS programs, and other community agencies and resources as needed.
Master’s degree in a human service field and at least one year’s experience working with individuals with emotional disturbances is required. Certification in CPR, First Aid, Medication Administration is required (training is provided).
QMHP and/or QSAP eligibility or status is helpful.
