    Assists the Fairview Administrator with the day to day management, supervision, and program development of Fairview Assisted Living Facility. Ensures team meets productivity, budget, accreditation, and licensure requirements. Develops and maintains working relationships with individuals served, family members and/or care givers, other NRVCS programs, and other agencies working with Fairview services. Provides direct services to individuals served.


    Bachelor’s Degree in human services related field or Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse is required. Licensure or licensure eligibility as an Assisted Living Facility administrator through the Virginia Board of Long Term Care Administrators is required. Experience providing supervision in a team setting is preferred.
