Seeking outpatient clinician to provide therapeutic outpatient services to individuals who have been diagnosed with a serious mental illness, substance use diagnoses, and co-occurring diagnoses. This position will require clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, treatment planning, case management, individual, and group treatment for those individuals. Position will provide services to adults in outpatient, Partial, and Residential settings.
Master’s degree in behavioral sciences is required. LCSW or LPC is preferred. CSAC preferred. Experience and specialized skills and training in working with adults with serious mental illness, substance use, and/or co-occurring disorders is required. Must have demonstrated an ability to work with individuals and their families to provide evidence based treatment interventions to individuals and their families. Must demonstrate the ability to network with community stakeholders and referral sources. Experience with electronic health records preferred, and knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid billing and paperwork. Valid driver’s license and safe driving record required.
Must be registered as a LMHP or LHMP-E, or meet the qualifications as QMHP or QMHP trainee as set forth by the board of counseling.
