Responsible for monitoring and assisting clients in New Life, a residential facility. Works with individuals that struggle with the disease of addiction and/or mental illness. Providing periodic safety checks to ensure client safety and compliance of program rules. Required to document all medical and behavioral symptoms in client record. Takes vital signs and administers medications after passing agency provided Medication Administration Training. Additional responsibilities include transporting of clients as needed and daily activities of the program.
Position is for overnight shifts. May also require weekends.
Minimum of high school education or GED. Experience working with individuals with substance use disorders or mental illness preferred. Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
