The Facilities Program Assistant is responsible for the organization, scheduling, and tracking of the day to day maintenance for the Agency's facilities and facility services. Manages all contractor, vendor and supply services contracts, change orders, and purchase order requests. Coordinates and schedules all vital facility services, utilizing both in-house staff and external contractors including, but not limited to, housekeeping and security services for all agency sites. This position serves as the assistant Health and Safety Officer responsible for maintaining the agency's Health and Safety program, emergency alert system and the security access system. Also provides administrative support to the facilities' team and ensures the highest level of customer service and satisfaction for all facilities within NRVCS.
Education and/or experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the assigned tasks. High School Diploma is required. Extensive experience in facility maintenance, health & safety procedures and public procurement criteria. Experience in a behavioral health setting is preferred.
