The Region III REACH Team is looking for a BCaBA to provide behavior treatment and other interventions to help individuals with developmental disabilities and co-occurring behavioral health needs to live successfully in the community. Position is responsible for the development of individualized service plans. Also provides training for individuals, families and caregivers in the array of therapeutic interventions and tools needed. Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
Graduation from an accredited university with at least a Bachelor’s degree in a human services field is required. Board Certification as a BCaBA (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst) is required. Experience providing behavior treatment and/or crisis behavioral health services to individuals with co-occurring developmental disabilities and behavioral health diagnoses in a community based setting is preferred. Certification in CPR and First Aid is required. Virginia QMHP status is required.
